Novapco Holdings LLC, operator of TACENGINE (the “Site”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Site users to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how we handle such reports.
1. Our Original Content Is Protected
Content on the Site — including written material and other original content published by TACENGINE — is original and protected by copyright. If you believe our content has been copied or republished elsewhere without authorization, you may report it to the infringing site’s host or file a DMCA takedown notice with that host directly; you’re also welcome to notify us at the contact below so we’re aware.

4. Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., a court where the Company is located).
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers of others’ intellectual property rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision.
