This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased on TACENGINE, operated by Novapco Holdings LLC, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a digital product (a course, guide, or other downloadable content) on the Site and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date. Requests must be submitted by contacting us at the email below before 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on the 7th day following purchase. We aim to respond to all refund requests within five (5) business days.
2. Conditions and Exclusions
The guarantee described above does not apply, and we may deny a refund request, where:
- The request is submitted after the 7-day window has closed.
- The product’s content has been substantially downloaded, copied, or redistributed beyond what is reasonably needed to evaluate it.
- The purchaser has previously received a refund for the same product.
- The request follows a fraudulent chargeback filed with a bank or payment provider rather than submitted to us directly — please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed through Stripe, and may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Free or Promotional Content
This policy applies only to paid digital products. Free resources, previews, and promotional downloads are not eligible for refund because no payment was made.
